Here is a Faster Way to Fat Loss Through Cardio

Here’s another thing I always have to fix when it comes to people’s mentality about cardio.

There is a faster way to fat loss and it isn’t ten minutes of HIIT.

Although HIIT cardio is effective, almost everyone does it wrong.

But aside from that, the best way to lose fat is to do cardio for a longer duration of time at a moderate to high pace.

But ill even give you a better way than this to start moving your fat loss in the right direction


The first thing to know is, movement ultimately creates fat loss, but duration with intensity equals the best outcome.

A lot of these so-called Hiit videos on YouTube are not actually hit videos. You can get some results sure. But not nearly what they are claiming.

A longer session, being 20 minutes or longer, with moderate to intense cardio is the best way to lose fat. when you stay consistent you end up burning more.

And the more you do the more you burn.

Now to use this to an even greater effect, let’s say you go on the elliptical or go for a run or bike ride, whatever the case is it can be anything.

You do at least thirty minutes of cardio staying even at a moderate pace the entire time. Nothing too crazy but not a walk in the park either.

Then every five minutes for twenty seconds you run or pedal or move as hard as you are able to personally do.

By doing this, your jump-starting your heart rate and spiking it high, getting you into an actual Hiit burn rate zone.

See, when you push yourself as hard as you can for twenty to thirty seconds, I mean like your breathing heavy and panting by the end of those thirty seconds, that is a true Hiit exercise.

That’s actually how high-intensity intervals are supposed to be done.

So, if you add these in every five minutes or eight minutes, during your thirty-minute, or longer cardio session,

it will make for a challenging session, and also, you know by doing this you’re going to be burning an ample number of calories.

You don’t have to add this in your cardio session.

You can just do a moderate or even move to whatever pace you are comfortable with during your cardio session.

But this will definitely yield more results over time. Just make sure you work up to it. Do what you are able to handle and progressively challenge yourself from that point on.

Aim to do ninety minutes minimum of cardio a week and slowly improve that over time.

Fat loss overall takes time, and you have to have patience yet dedication to achieve it. But if there ever was a faster way to fat loss then I can guarantee you this is the way to do it.

Keep doing all your other exercises videos and whatnot. But know this will yield you the best results when it comes to fat loss as an added method to exercise.
