Here’s a quick little micro-blog on the myth of fat-burning zone as it's forever a current one. The idea that you need to be within a specific zone to lose weight is one that still floats around. But it’s not exactly true. So, to simplify it, there is no specific zone to burn fat. As soon as we move, we begin to start, or will soon start to burn calories. How much we move, and how intense the workout or movement, and how long we do this, will depict how many calories will burn off. Other factors will cause us to lose weight like nutrition being the biggest one, and also weight-lifting, which will also help break down calories or take us in a calorie deficit. But when we are talking about a fat-burning zone, whether it is moving around all day, doing a strenuous working job, working out by lifting weight, or cardio, there is no specific zone you need to be in. It just comes down to how much you move and how long you move for. In my YouTube video here https://youtu.be/GQUro0FYMME I go over this in slightly more detail and as to the best method to just lose weight and to keep burning off those calories. So just remember the next time you are going to do any sort of exercise, especially a form of cardio, its just length of time and the intensity of it. Combine this with a proper nutritional means of eating and you are for sure to see results of weight loss or muscle gain if you are lifting weight with it as well. And know that the myth of fat burning zone is just that, a myth, an exaggeration. Disclaimer: Adam is not a doctor nor a nutritionist.
