How to Get a Body Like the Rock

How to Get a Body Like the Rock

People are often impressed with the rock’s physique.

If you compared to what he was beforehand and who he Is now he had massive changes.

In every aspect of his life, he has increased himself.

His earnings.

His businesses.

His family life.

His social life.

And of course, his physique.

Some jokers are of course either thinking or wanting to say on how he took some sort of performance-enhancing drug.

And you know what, your right.

He did at some point or is still taking it because of the size he got to.

I mean you can never know for sure, but id bet that he did.

But even so, none of that stuff works if you do workout and eat healthily and also know how to workout.

It's very easy to dismiss someone because of drugs they took or money they have but, to be honest, that’s a weak excuse.

Because the truth is it takes continued grit and persistence, month after month and year after year to see results.

People will blow someone off so easily because it will give their ego an easy win and further prove their insecurity right on why they can’t achieve anything close to a physique like that.

That’s just the truth.

Because it's not about the time, or money, or any type of performance-enhancing drug

It's about you, making the effort day in and day out.

I mean the rock has been working out for 20+ years

He’s been consistent with his eating habits.

he never misses a day at the gym.

“Ya but he takes steroids or testosterone or whatever, that’s why he’s like that”

I think he’s probably just on some testosterone but that’s beside the point.

The point is, you need to dedicate yourself to it every day.

You need to make sure you clean up you’re eating and have some more control.

Learn and understand how to properly perform exercises the right way.

Learn how to activate each muscle to the best of your ability.

Every month challenge yourself a bit further to keep allowing for growth.

And know it will take time.

So, you see, regardless of steroids or not, people do this all the time.

I myself have been working out for 15 years, never taken any performance enhancement, never wanted to.

But I have been able to achieve a happy physique because of dedication and discipline.

Building a weekly plan with a split routine goes a long way.

Put in exercises that you want to try and know you can do.

Deadlifts, squats, shoulder presses, bicep curls, bent over rows, there is a lot of power in the basics.

It’s a matter of implementing them and learning proper nutrition and staying with it for a long time.

Over time your body will adapt, and your muscles will grow.

I know that’s not what some of your want to hear but that’s the truth.

Getting a body like the rock takes months and years of dedication.

It's not going to happen overnight or over a year.

And if you’re looking to get a body like the rock, then focus on the things that you can achieve first.

Focus on the small things you can do every day like just even making it to the gym or your workout routine.

Prepping your meals in advance and dedicate yourself to eating healthier.

Put in the time and effort and then, after so long guess what

You still won’t look like the rock.

But something even better will happen.

You will grow an appreciation and become the best version of yourself.

And that will always be better than trying to mimic someone else’s lifestyle.
