It has its uses recreationally in practices such as medicine as well, with doctors prescribing it for patients with mental health issues. But did you know though CBD which is extracted from the planet itself is also used for skin care purposes?
It shouldn’t be too surprising since hemp has many wonders and health benefits to it.

What is CBD
So just to give you a slight background, CBD is also known as Cannabis oil which is extracted from the marijuana or hemp plant is one of the most beneficial derivatives you can take for skincare.
It contains the least amount of tetrahydrocannabinol and has various uses for the weather ingested or applied on the skin which research has proven in recent years.
So now that we know there are various issues that CBD can do for our skin lets take a look at some of the wonders that CBD can help us with regarding our stubborn skin issues.
CBD – An excellent anti-aging solution
CBD has proven to be an excellent anti-aging solution because of its exceptional and antioxidant properties.
Regular use of CBD topical can reduce the visible signs of aging such as wrinkles, dullness, and ruddy skin.
CBD counteracts with the free radicals that are damaging the skin as we age. Many other natural compounds have excellent antioxidant properties and a combination of those compounds which CBD can prove to be the most effective anti-aging solution.

Sensitive skin gets affected by environmental pollutants very quickly. UV rays, dust, and other harmful particles in the air can cause redness, irritability, and itching.
CBD can produce a calming effect by reducing the redness and normalizing the skin. It also helps to clean the surface pores on the skin getting rid of any dirt that might have found its way and stuck to the surface of your body.
