A well-made experience that is combined with the three pillars I install in all my programs is what is needed for success and growth. Each pillar works with one another to create growth and constant success for you even after we stop working together. This is what is most important and is what I always put into my plans for my clients. Because one without the other is incomplete and can lead to failure.

The three pillars are:

Body Mechanics

  • knowing the techniques of different exercises and how to perform them is crucial.
  • How to control your body and engage each muscle to the best of your ability is eventually what the goal becomes.
  • We are all on different levels of physical capabilities but the only thing that matters is if we are better than we were yesterday.

Nutrition

  • What you put in your body and how much you eat matters.
  • Learning nutrition and understanding how many calories you should be intaking also matters.
  • Also wanting to love what you eat while reaching your matters just as much.

Growth Mindset

  • In anything you want to achieve in life, you must have a growth mindset.
  • You have to KNOW that you can be better at anything you do.
  • Understanding that you can do whatever you set your mind to. You need to already believe you can get there.
