WHAT IS THE MEAL PLAN LIKE?

Your meal plan will be consistent with 5 different meal plans that will be given to you. You will also be given snacks you can eat as well. The meals will be foods that fall into or around your caloric range. I do this because I have found over the last 15 years of training people that everyone generally likes some diversity and hates sticking to just one meal. So I give several options with different meals that sit around what you should be intaking whether you are wanting to build muscle or lose weight or just maintain your physique.

 

DO I HAVE TO EAT THE SAME FOODS THE WHOLE TIME?

Nope! you are given a different variety of foods to choose from so it doesn’t get boring. By supplying you with different options like this also gives you a better idea of food portioning and sizing.

 

I HAVE A BUSY SCHEDULE AND I DON’T HAVE TIME TO MEAL PREP

The foods I give you are actually easy enough to meal prep. Some of the questions asked on the questionnaire that you fill out after you have purchased one of the packages, ask about your daily availability so I can create a meal plan that suits your busy lifestyle better. But if you are always on the go and don’t have time at night to prep some meals, the next best thing is to choose the healthiest meal choice when you are out during your day, for that meal. You want to try and stay within your calorie range as much as possible so having low-density foods, healthier food choices, is always the best choice to make.

 

DO YOU HAVE VEGETARIAN AND VEGAN PLANS

Yes, I do! You will be able to indicate any dietary restrictions after you’ve purchased a plan.

 

HOW ARE THE WORKOUTS DESIGNED?

They are designed based on a variety of components such as your experience with working out, your weight, history of injuries, and more. The questionnaire you fill out after you have purchased a plan will give me a very good insight into how many days, I should structure your workout plan around and what exercises I should give you.

 

IF I HAVE AN INJURY CAN I STILL DO THE EXERCISES?

Of course! I modify your program to fit your current physical situation. Everyone is on different levels of fitness, but it doesn’t mean they still can’t achieve results.

 

IF I DON’T HAVE A GYM MEMBERSHIP WILL THE PLAN STILL WORK?

Yes, it does! I tailor your workout routine to where you work out whether that be at home or in a gym. The questionnaire I have you answer askes certain questions in regards to your workout environment.

 

DO I NEED SUPPLEMENTS TO SEE RESULTS?

No, you do not. But they could help with the process of seeing results and also help with recovery.

 

IS THIS A CRASH DIET PROGRAM?

Never, the aim of the program is to give a healthier look. The goal is to keep eating comfortable while you are able to shred fat and gain muscle. 

 

WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY OPTIONS FOR SNACKS AND FULL MEALS? 

Throughout my career as a health coach professional, I found a lot of people simply like to snack. But someone can really take in more calories than they’d expect through snacking. So, I provide options for snacks that are basic or easy to make and are low in calories.

 

CAN I STILL ENJOY THE HOLIDAYS?

Yes. Depending on what level of client you are with me, separate strategies are being applied for these trips that will allow you to enjoy your vacations and still make progress.

 

WHAT IS A SUPPLEMENT GUIDE?

A supplement guide is just an explanation of what supplements you should or could be taking and what they do for you.

 

WHAT WILL I LEARN DURING THE PROGRAM?

A lifestyle that you can maintain for the rest of your life.

 

IT IS JUST A ONE-TIME PAYMENT?

Yes, it is. Just a one-time payment for the package you decide to purchase.

 

 WHAT ARE THE BOOKS GIVEN IN PACKAGE?

Having a strong mind and a growth mindset I feel is important which is why It’s one of the pillars in my business. And it's no different with these books. The books you receive in any package you wish to purchase are ones that I have written myself which are about self-growth. The first and last chapter tells the story of an individual who is moving through a journey themselves that pertains to each emotional meaning of the book. You are then taken through micro-chapters of the usefulness of that emotion and what it can do for us in life. There short and sweet and a good relaxing read!

 

HOW DO CHECK-INS WORK?

So, from the day I send you your plan, every two weeks form then will be a check-in email. the day for the first check-in will also be listed on the email you receive your package with. and after that, it will be continued every 2 weeks until your plan is completed. All you would need to do is fill in the check-in sheet that is provided to you with your package and send me progress photos of yourself facing forwards, and sideways, and fill out the questions on the sheet.

 

AFTER I HAVE PURCHASED A PLAN WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

You will be sent an email with a personal link which will then direct you to a page with a questionnaire with several questions in detail so that I can process all of your answers and build you a custom plan for you which will then arrive in 48 hours.

HOW SOON WILL I START LOSING WEIGHT?

You will see progress with in the first few weeks, this is a stabilization phase so for some people this is slower or faster than others, after 2 weeks it then really accelerates as we learn your body.
