Your meal plan will be consistent with 5 different meal plans that will be given to you. You will also be given snacks you can eat as well. The meals will be foods that fall into or around your caloric range. I do this because I have found over the last 15 years of training people that everyone generally likes some diversity and hates sticking to just one meal. So I give several options with different meals that sit around what you should be intaking whether you are wanting to build muscle or lose weight or just maintain your physique.

The foods I give you are actually easy enough to meal prep. But if you are always on the go and don’t have time at night to prep some meals, the next best thing is to choose the healthiest meal choice when you are out during your day, for that meal. You want to try and stay within your calorie range as much as possible so having low-density foods, healthier food choices, is always the best choice to make.

So, from the day I send you your plan, every two weeks form then will be a check-in email. the day for the first check-in will also be listed on the email you receive your package with. and after that, it will be continued every 2 weeks until your plan is completed. All you would need to do is fill in the check-in sheet that is provided to you with your package and send me progress photos of yourself facing forwards, and sideways, and fill out the questions on the sheet.
You will be sent an email with a personal link which will then direct you to a page with a questionnaire with several questions in detail so that I can process all of your answers and build you a custom plan for you which will then arrive in 48 hours.
You will see progress with in the first few weeks, this is a stabilization phase so for some people this is slower or faster than others, after 2 weeks it then really accelerates as we learn your body.
