There is no special pre-determined, for sure 10 steps to success.

I had made a post about this not too long ago.


But I started to receive messages every now and then about fitness-related topics.


It was messages about how people followed certain steps


To whatever things they were following to get to their desired fitness goals.


Or how a couple of people were upset they didn’t lose the weight they thought they would


In the allotted time they were told or thought that they should lose it by.


And as I have said before,


there is no special pre-determined, for sure 10 steps to success.


There are always guidelines someone can follow


There are even rules at time people should abide by


But to achieve something takes time and effort.


In order for you to manifest something, you have to be willing to put in the work.


And that requires more than just following what some articles say to do.


It’s funny really because,


Even though my own experience.


I have found that there were always things you never really expected to happen or come across.


Unexpected turn of events that you didn’t anticipate.


And when that happens it's actually a good thing.


Generally, anyways.


Because this helps to build you into a stronger person.


So, my answer is always giving them what I have learned through experience and,


What I know to be information.


But I always tell people things sometimes will never go the way


You think it should go.


But as long as you stick to it


And try to keep growing every day,


And just don’t stop.


You WILL eventually find the answers.


You just have to have the mindset of wanting to grow a little bit every day.


And keep persevering while wanting to constantly learn and grow.


And just remember that,


there is no special pre-determined, for sure 10 steps to success.
