How to Get Loss of Weight Through eating certain foods

When it comes to how to get loss of weight, a lot of people get stuck.


Some people still think you just eat broccoli and rice all day.


Others eat too little and end up feeling like crap,


And then just rebound and end up putting more weight back on.


Others have a pretty good idea of what they need to eat,


But they get bored and stray off their path anyways.


A lot of people don’t know how many calories to take in.


Weight loss is predicated on one thing.


It comes to how many calories you are intaking


And how many are being depleted.


This is done through eating and exercise.


And over time of implementing this rule, you WILL see weight loss.


And depending on how much weight you need to lose,


Will depict on how long you need to be in a deficit.


But the thing is food doesn’t have to be boring when it comes to what you eat.


You can still have great tasing food


why and how you ask?


Well as I said above it just comes to the calories.


And there is plenty of low-calorie dense foods and meals out there,


Which allow you to still feel comfortably full while eating,


And while still trying to lose weight.


It just takes a bit of experimental error sometimes to see what foods,


And drinks we can have.


There are also other means of condiments and drinks which can help aid you,


In your weight loss because of how low calorie, they are.


And that’s why when it comes to,


How to get loss of weight doesn’t need to be as difficult


If you know what to look for.


Here is an example of what I mean with the items listed down below


Which will cause you to start to lose weight if you implement them.


Now again, keep in mind, this will help,


As exercising and cardio will also help,


And as also eating better food choices within your caloric maintenance will help.


But substituting these choices in will already allow you to,


Start taking in fewer calories will help with weight loss.



  • Black diamond cheddar style Fat-Free Cheese


If you like having cheese sandwiches, then these strips are good to get you through the week.


They only have 30 calories per one slice which is low calorie and is fat-free.


I honestly use one of these per sandwiches and find it filling enough to eat


Its something I use and even mix with white eggs at times to create a low-calorie sandwich,


With the miracle rye bread that’s also on this list.



  • Olive Oil Spray


Regular olive oil has 120 calories per tablespoon. That’s a lot more versus using olive oil spray which is around 5


calories per second. Your calories drastically get reduced. Now I don’t use this spray for salads, it just doesn’t


go well with the salad itself. But for cooking or baking, I always use this on the pan.



  • Diet Coke


Some of you are thinking “diet coke!” so bad for you. Really, it's fine. It has no calories.


I’m not saying to replace this as your everyday drink. You still want to have water.


But this can be a thirst quencher or sweet touch quencher. And you don’t need to feel bad


Because again it has 0 calories. And if you're worried about what they put in it,


There is nothing worse in there that you haven’t eaten from the food you might buy


At your local grocery store. It will help aid in your weight loss at 0 calories a drink.




  • Josephs lavash wraps


These wraps are about 70 calories a wrap which is generally half the calories of your general ones


You might go and purchase at your local grocery store. Great for putting together a lean beef or


Chicken wrap.



  • Ocean spray diet pomegranate juice


Another drink I like to have. It only has 10 calories per glass full which isn’t a lot. It tastes good and is very low


Calorie which again can be switched out for other high-calorie sugary drinks



  • Ocean spray diet blueberry juice


Like its other drink above, ocean spray diet blueberry juice has about 10 calories per glass full as well.



  • Walden’s maple syrup


Walden’s maple syrup has 0 calories. Yes, you read that right. It has 0. We all know how many calories good tasting


Maple syrup has and reducing those calories to nothing will help you have a lighter breakfast


On the weekend when you choose to have pancakes or French toast or waffles. I use this as a substitution


On top of that, it tastes great as well. Now it is not like someone’s eat pancakes or French toast every morning,


But when you do decide to have some this would be a great substitute for your regular


Maple syrup you use. There is also another French toast recipe I make that is low calorie


That goes great with this syrup.



  • Miracle rye bread


I love this bread. It tastes good and it's only 60 calories or less per slice. It still has,


Decent thickness to it and combined with other low-calorie foods can make for a


Low-calorie sandwich. You can’t go wrong with this.


Your regular white bread is about 200 calories per slice.


Even your general whole wheat or grain bread is about 120 calories a slice.


This not only still tastes good but is much lower in calories.


You could have 3 sandwiches with using this bread and,


Have lower calories versus have one sandwich with the while wonder bread.


Highly suggest people use this over other loaves for calorie reduction.



So, you see the answers are there.


This is a fraction of what’s there if you just look.


I also implement some of these with my clients, of course depending on what their weight


Loss goal is.


But it's very possible to eat food that’s low in calories and still enjoy your meals.


If you stay within your caloric range and also switch out certain foods


For others like the ones, I listed above, it makes it much easier to lose weight.


Combine this with exercise you're sure to see weight loss.


Portion control of course is a factor as well.


But when you are eating with items such as the ones listed above,


It makes it easier to be able to still feel comfortably full and still lose weight.
